Slow Vinyasa

Slow Vinyasa Yoga is a movement-based class featuring synchronized breath and fluid movement with occasional holds and refinements on alignment. This class will keep you moving through sequences of yoga postures, offered at a pace that that matches the level of the students in the class. Beginners, seniors and experienced yogis alike will enjoy this dynamic flow.

Blocks & Bolsters Gentle Yoga

Designed to keep joints mobile and healthy, Blocks & Bolsters Gentle Yoga is a yin-based class with restorative postures that aim to keep our ligaments and tendons happy. We need to slowly stretch  our body to help our fascia. Given the time and space to slowly stretch our ligaments and tendons, we can increase strength and inspire a deeper flexibility. Relax and release with the support of yoga props. All levels welcome.
